This article provides a broad view on public safety in the city of Manaus, with data robberies, among others, these were taken from statistics website Secretariat Public Security (SSP-AM), addition to SSP also we collected some be able confirm according reality citizen, proposing mobile application, whose function is assist communication between people particular street, neighborhood or different parts city. Based this analysis, an application called community security system was developed.
